These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Chami app and related services (“Chami,” “we,” “us”). By downloading or using Chami, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. Educational purpose — not financial advice

Chami is an educational product. All lessons, content, and any “paper trading” or simulated activity are provided for learning purposes only and use simulated, non-real money. Nothing in Chami is investment, financial, legal, or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security. Markets involve risk; you are solely responsible for your own decisions and should consult a qualified professional before making real investments.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Chami. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use Chami only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

3. Your account

You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. Provide accurate information and let us know at chami@chami-vulnami.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

4. Chami Super subscription

Chami Super is an auto-renewable subscription offered monthly or annually. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your Apple ID account settings. If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

5. In-app purchases

Chami offers in-app purchases, including consumable gem packs and the one-time Founding Pass. All purchases are processed by Apple and subject to Apple’s terms. Virtual items and balances (such as Chami Coins and gems) have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are non-transferable. Except where required by law or Apple’s policies, purchases are non-refundable.

6. Acceptable use

Don’t misuse Chami: no attempting to cheat, exploit, or manipulate balances, progress, or purchases; no reverse-engineering or interfering with the app or its servers; and no unlawful, abusive, or infringing activity.

7. Intellectual property

Chami and its content are owned by Vulnami, Inc. and protected by law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the app for its intended purpose. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without permission.

8. Disclaimers

Chami is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that its content is complete or accurate.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vulnami, Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any investment or trading losses, arising from your use of Chami.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of Chami after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
